We Have "No Confidence" in
Attorney General Eric Holder!

Join us in calling for the removal of Eric Holder as Attorney General of the United States and as head of the Obama Administration's Department of Justice!

The Issue:
Eric Holder's tenure as Attorney General of the United States and head of the Department of Justice (DOJ) has a three-year history of proven failure in performing the duties of his office. Eric Holder has: Dishonored his oath to uphold the Constitution; allegedly deceived Congress; routinely taken risky and controversial actions; expressed biased viewpoints and advanced ideologies detrimental to American law and culture, including systematically undermining marriage and actively promoting a pro-abortion agenda.

Scores of congressional and political leaders are now uniting to call for Eric Holder's resignation or impeachment. Representative Paul Gosar has introduced a House Resolution for a vote of "No Confidence" that has at least 100 signers to date calling for further action if Attorney General Holder stubbornly refuses to resign.

Liberty Counsel Action's petition is calling for the removal of Eric Holder as Attorney General. We are calling on Congress to pursue Rep. Gosar's resolution for a vote of "No Confidence" as soon as possible.

It's time to "draw a line in the sand" and say ENOUGH of Holder's dereliction of duty and dangerous policies!

The Liberty Counsel Action petition states:

To Whom it May Concern:

We, the undersigned Citizens of the United States, call for the removal of Eric Holder as Attorney General of the United States, whether through resignation, impeachment, or other legislative action. This call is based on the cumulative effect of three years of Mr. Holder's failure to uphold the Constitution, alleged deception of Congress, repeated dangerous and controversial actions, and unacceptably biased views and advocacy of ideologies detrimental to American law and culture.

From his failure to take action against the New Black Panthers voter intimidation; to "deeming" the duly enacted Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) to be unconstitutional and therefore refusing to defend it; to the recent "Fast and Furious" debacle; and many other examples of improper official behavior, Mr. Holder has repeatedly been derelict in his sworn duties in the office of Attorney General of the United States.

The Department of Justice website describes the job of the Attorney General as the nation's "chief law enforcement officer of the Federal Government," a truly high office and responsibility. When an Attorney General refuses to enforce the laws of the land, or does so selectively according to political bias or personally held philosophies, then that official must be removed from this important place of authority!

We, the American people no longer have confidence in Mr. Holder's legal and professional judgment, or his opinions and counsel, which are necessary to successfully perform the duties of Attorney General.

If Mr. Holder refuses to resign, we are calling for impeachment and/or for the House of Representatives to act on Representative Paul Gosar's resolution for a vote of "No Confidence," or such other congressional actions as are appropriate to remove Eric Holder from office.
